Ruby Fruit Punch

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Water
1 (4/5 qt.) bottle rose' wine
2 1/2 cups Orange juice
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1 package (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
1 (28 oz)b
Instructions:
In a large saucepan combine sugar and water and heat over moderately
high heat tot he boiling point; then reduce heat to low and simmer
